Replacement Bench for Tarvin High Street

Phoenix Jubilee Recycled Seat:

As many residents will be aware, unfortunately the wooden bench on Tarvin High Street (near the George & Dragon Pub) has recently been removed. 

Following an article published by Tarvin Online, local company 'Cheshire Barn Homes' kindly reached out via social media to offer to pay for a replacement. The Parish Council have spoken directly with Cheshire Barn Homes to discuss this further, and they have kindly agreed to donate £750 towards a new bench with the remaining cost funded by the Parish Council. 

The bench has been ordered (a Phoenix Jubilee Recycled Material Seat) and the Parish Council are currently waiting to receive a delivery date -- it is hoped to have the new bench in situ very soon.
