Satisfied with your Local GP?

Healthwatch Chester West is currently undertaking a project looking at local people's experience of their GP;the accessibility of their doctor; and any problems associated with GP appointment systems.

The aim is to bring the voice and opinions of West Cheshire residents who access local GP services to the attention of those who plan and provide these services. By channelling patient experience in this way, we can identify gaps in service provision, highlight areas of best practice and present this intelligence to service providers to enable improvements to be made.
