Scouts Taking The Plunge

Eleven Scouts from Tarvin were able to take an opportunity offered by our District Scout Canoe team and kayak on the River Dee last Wednesday evening. Far from a dull, gentle paddle, the conditions were just right for the Scouts to all have a go and paddle down and over the weir!

All sections will be starting soon after the summer break and we have a camp with more outdoor activities planned for the end of September.

To continue to give young people in the local area great opportunities we're looking for adult supporters, especially those who might be interested in air rifle shooting or hill walking.
