It is National Customer Service Week of the Institute of Customer Service and the Post Office is asking for residents to show their support for their local post office and, in particular, for the period throughout the pandemic.

The Area Manager of the Retail Network, Adam Shillcock, said "We continue to change and adapt in trying to find the new normal and we want to make sure we continue to support the local community in Tarvin. Customer feedback is an important tool for me to demonstrate to government the importance of the Post Office to the local community and also provides a much-needed moral boost to the local post office team as we approach a rise in Covid19 cases and continued difficult trading conditions."
