Spring Community Litter Pick

The spring community litter pick is taking place this coming Saturday, 9th April. It will start at 9:30am and volunteers should not work later than 12:30pm. Filled bags can be left next to existing litter bins for collection. The Parish Council (PC) will provide hi-vis vests, bags and pickers. No volunteer should pick the A51 bypass as there is no footpath.

Can volunteers for Oscroft please meet at 9.30am on the Green near the noticeboard and for Tarvin meet at the Community Centre.

The PC is hoping to recruit a group of volunteers who will litter pick "their" road on a regular basis. The PC would provide a picker and some bags. If you are interested in taking on such a role either tell the organising Councillor on 9th April when you turn up for the litter pick or email the Clerk at Clerk@tarvinparishcouncil.org.uk
