St Andrews Women's Group – June Meeting Report

Mission Accomplished at our June meeting. The challenge was to come along and knit a 4 inch square and help to make a blanket for a child's bed. This challenge was met with great enthusiasm and skill. The squares are now to be sewn together to make the blanket and donated to a charity in Chester called Kidsave.Cards were also made , of a very high standard, by some of the ladies.

Lots of time to natter along with the knitting whilst enjoying Mairi's home made biscuits and coffee made this a very successful and sociable evening enjoyed by us all.

Thankyou to everyone who took part in this challenge.

Our July meeting will be a celebration of our 25th anniversary.
