Tarvin Bowling Club – Ladies County Match

Tarvin Bowling Club have been chosen to host a ladies County match on Sunday 19th May.

This is a great honour for our club and a testament to Head Greenkeeper Ken Barnes, the green is in superb condition.

This also means that the green will therefore be closed to members from 12.00pm until 6.00pm on that date. It would be nice to have a good attendance from club members and the general public to support this day and a great opportunity to watch the best Lady bowlers from Cheshire taking on their counterparts from Cumbria. This is a definite feather in our cap, not just for our Bowling Club but for the Village of Tarvin as well.
