The summer is drawing to an end which means the new speakers' season is upon us. The first meeting is on Tuesday 25 September when Kevin Cootes will give his delayed talk on the Poulton Research Project – the archaeological dig just outside Chester where evidence of many eras of habitation have been discovered.
Usual time and place – 8.00pm in the Edna Rose Room in the Community Centre. For those who haven't paid their subs, these can be dealt with on the door, although the Data Protection proforma will also have to be signed.
Hope to see you there.
