Tarvin Gardening Society April Meeting

NEXT MEETING

The April meeting of the Tarvin Gardening Society will be held at the Tarvin Community Center at 8pm on Tuesday, April 21st. 

The speaker will be Lissette Davies and her talk is entitled: “Bulbs, A Dutch Heritage"

Lissette served as the first female Head Gardener of the Grade II listed gardens at Plas Newydd in
Llangollen, having gained qualifications from the RHS.  Lissette will tell us about the history of bulbs with a special focus on Dutch traditions.  She will explore how tulips and other bulbs have shaped both art and the economy.

Tea and Coffee will be served afterwards.
