From the History Group's scrapbooks for June 20th 1986, Joe Nicholas stands behind the Hereford Bull which won best "Hereford Bull in Cheshire" at the Cheshire Show for the second year in succession. Also in the picture is Joe's daughter Sue Heath and husband Denis Heath with the bull Broomheath 1 Argyll.
