Tarvin History Revealed – School Tree Planting

Tree Planting at Tarvin Primary School – Jan 1995

06January 1996 saw Yolanda Taylor, Stephanie Blything and Debbie Williams preparing to help plant 25 new trees – donated by Cheshire Landscape Trust – in the conservation area at Tarvin Primary School as part of National Tree Week.

Over 1000 Trees were panted in this area on the school grounds between 1992 and 1995 funded by the Friends Association and School funds.

Ed: Now I will have a whole new appreciation for the wooded area at Tarvin Primary School. it is such a wonderful resource and teaching space for the Primary School and Pre-school.
