The draft Tarvin Neighbourhood Plan has been accepted by Cheshire West and Chester Council as being compliant with the regulations.

A six-week consultation on the Plan began on 25th January. Copies of the Plan and supporting documents are available in Tarvin Community Centre, Tarvin Health Centre, St Andrew's Church, Tarvin Methodist Church and Tarvin Post Office, along with comment forms.

The consultation will be followed by an independent examination. Once this stage is complete, residents in the Plan area will have the opportunity to vote on the Plan. If a majority vote to adopt the Plan it will come into force and must be taken into account by CWaC when considering planning issues affecting Tarvin parish.
