The PC agreed its budget for 2021/22, as well as provisional budgets for the following two years.
There will be no increase in the precept for 2021/22.
This is because the PC felt that any increase could add to the difficulties of residents who may be suffering financially, physically and mentally because of the pandemic.
The cost of elections and of street lighting condition surveys will be spread over four and three years respectively. This avoids spikes in spending in the years when these costs fall due.
The budget also provides for additional mowing of the grass verge in Oscroft around the small central triangular field bounded by Cross Lanes, The Green Cross Lanes and Shay Lane
