Tarvin Women's Institute – Picnic

Would you like to join Tarvin Women's Institute?

We have regular monthly meetings on a variety of topics. At our last meeting we had a 'getting to know you' picnic in Tarvin Woodland (see photos)

We brought our own picnic lunch. Strawberries and cream were provided from funds, and greatly enjoyed by all. We were very lucky with the weather, thank goodness.

There are also sub-groups book club (a waiting list to join this one as it's so popular), strollers group (relaxed walks, nearly always followed by coffee and cake), and craft group (seasonal crafts for Hospice of the Good Shepherd, and other crafts).

And last, but by no means least, Lunch Club. Here we go to various local eating places to enjoy good food and good company.

Come and join us for a taster session (visitors 2), – we hope you will like it and carry on to join the group.

Meetings are currently third Wednesday of the month at Tarvin Community Centre, 7.30pm start. Afternoon sessions will start in the darker months.
