Tarvin's 20mph Speed Limit Zone

At the November Parish Council meeting it was reported that the resident who had raised concerns at the speed of traffic along 20mph limit of Hockenhull Lane during June 2022 was concerned that there had been little or no improvement.

The previous speed survey over a five day period earlier in the year had shown that only 46% of vehicles were being driven within the 20mph limit.

The meeting decided to ask the Police to install a speed indicator device on Hockenhull Lane for a period of at least five days to try to encourage drivers to reduce their speed.
