Falls Prevention and Osteoarthritis Classes

Two new exercise classes are being hosted by Enigma Wellness at Instinct Gym and Wellbeing, based at 78 High Street, Tarporley, CW6 0AT.

On Tuesday 8th March they will be introducing an Osteoarthritis class for the knee and the hip. The aim of this class is to help build strength, improve mobility and flexibility and optimise pain management and function. This class is suitable for anyone awaiting a hip or knee replacement, or restricted by hip or knee pain.
