Watch Out for Roadworks

Watch out for roadworks in the Hockenhull Lane, Platts lane, Heath Close and Deansway areas over the next few weeks as United Utilities and their sub-contractors dig up the roads and pavements to access their drains.

Once they have accessed the right pipes they will be cleaning out silt and using remote surveying equipment to check that the pipes are OK. If they are OK they will back-fill and re-lay the tarmac surface.
