Work Begins on Main Hall Ceiling of Community Centre

Work started yesterday to remove and replace the scruffy ceiling tiles and old fluorescent lights in the Main Hall of the Community

460 bright new acoustic tiles will be installed. These will be interspersed with 42 lights set in 7 individually controlled bands of 6 lights, allowing for a much wider range of lighting levels to be created. The deadline for the completion of this work is this coming Friday when the the Mail Hall will be in use showing the Christmas Family Film, The Polar Express.
