What we do
Renby Limited are specialists in conveying systems for bulk solids materials, dust control and odour suppression using fog (sometimes referred to as misting) systems.
Renby supply Tube Chain Conveyors and Moving Floor systems to businesses for handling materials of all kinds in small to large volumes. Materials handled range from muesli through to meat and bone meal, which is used as a fuel in cement works. Projects that Renby have been involved in have displaced the production of 100,000 tonnes of CO2 per year. Tube Chain conveyors carry granulated, pelleted or powdered materials in an enclosed tube by dragging the material through the tube with discs attached to a chain inside the tube. The moving floors and The Toploader (EU Patent 882390) are both used for automated handling of alternative fuels as they arrive on site and are fed into Energy from Waste boilers.
Renby also design and supply fogging systems for dust suppression as well as fogging and misting for special effects in architecture, landscaping and film sets. It created a superb jungle — like atmosphere at Chester Zoo in the "Dinosaurs Bite Back" exhibit in 2012, and the superb "Mind Bogglingly Big Bugs" exhibit in 2013. The system has also been used on the film set for the Jack Ryan film released in January 2014. While MicronFogTM can be used to help suppress Odours as well as dust, we also supply odour neutralising Neutrapak which can neutralise odour indoors or outside with no power or water supply
