Alf Perry, a Tarvin Tennis Club member, has been successful at the World Table Tennis Championships. Click here to see Alf with some of the other finalists.

Tarvin Tennis Club would like to offer its congratulations to Club member, Alf Perry who has won a silver in the over-85 men's doubles and won bronze in the over-85 men's singles at the World Veterans' Table Tennis Championships held recently in New Zealand.

Alf, whose son John and grandchildren also play tennis at Tarvin, was one of 1600 players from 60 countries who competed in categories from over 40 to over 85.

Everyone at the Tennis Club looks forward to congratulating Alf in person.
