Everyone in Tarvin should have received in the last couple of days a flyer from the NHS.
The leaflet contains important information about your health records. Everyone should read the leaflet carefully as it is important how the NHS shares, protects and uses information about our health. The leaflet then goes on to explain the options available to every NHS patient.

If you are happy for your information to be shared you do not have to do anything although you can change your mind at any time.
