Another Interesting article from the Tarvin Local History Group scrapbooks for August 10th, 1984 , features Top Farm.
It had just been put on the market through Beresford Adams following its conversion into a Farmhouse. Details include "a gravel driveway, an outstanding range of outbuildings and garaging for two cars. The gardens are mainly lawned with newly planted coniferous trees, and there is also a potential site for a tennis court." All for £96250!
The picture, right, shows a view of Top Farm Buildings from the High St, with a well and "manicured lawn."
