The AGM was well supported and members enjoyed the evening. The AGM was quickly taken with thanks given to committee and to Chairman for their efforts throughout the last year Our subs will remain the same as our finances are quite healthy. We have a good varied programme arranged for 2024 and a new treasurer in place.

Fun with Flowers was the title for our experimental evening using our own members. Five of our members were each given identical containers, flowers and foliage as well as some floral foam and accessories. We had about 45 minutes to make a design using all or most of what we were given. The finished results gave us 5 raffle prizes which members seemed pleased to win. Whilst the flowers were being arranged their was a short picture quiz and tea/ coffee accompanied by Valentine shortbread, flapjack and a selection of fruit.

In March on the 13th, when subscriptions are due, we welcome Betsie Davies and Kath Jones with the title It takes Two This will start at 7-30pm in the Edna Rose room. visitors are always very welcome to join us.
