Polite Request to Dog Walkers

I went out for a New Years walk today in my lovely village of Tarvin that I have been happy to call home for 20 years and quite honestly, I am shocked and disgusted that some of our dog walking neighbours can possibly think it is acceptable to do this... simply dropping their dog waste bags, or any waste for that matter on the floor next to or on top of the waste bins.

Tarvin is our home and is a great place to live yet this really pulls the place down. just imagine if someone were viewing a house in Tarvin and saw this...?
Added to which, it will make the job of the waste collectors utterly horrendous...as if it isn't a tough enough job to start with.

PLEASE, IF THE BIN IS FULL, PLEASE TAKE YOUR / YOUR DOG'S WASTE HOME

You can also scan the QR code and report that the bin is full to CWaC. and by all means, feel free to complain to the council.
