Self Care Week Reminder

In September we announced that Dr Campbell's Surgery along with other surgeries were taking part in the Tarporley Community Self Care Day as part of the NHS Self Care Week, click here.

The date for the Self Care Day is Tuesday 18th November at Tarporley Community Centre, starting at 10.30am and ending at 16.30pm

In attendance will be 20+ organisations, including PPGs (Patient Participation Groups), to help support you and your needs.

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day

This is a great opportunity to discuss with a range of experts so if you have a long-term condition, you care for a friend or family member, or, you would like support for your health and wellbeing, then we recommend that you attend.
